Fundium Capital Management is active in private equity and venture capital. We are based in the Netherlands and our activities are mainly in Western Europe. Most of our experience is in expansion capital for internet and technology companies and in traditional business that are affected by technological changes.
We provide advisory services to fund of fund investors, investment funds and companies.
Funds
We manage fund investments for institutional investors or advise them when setting up new funds. We can take take seats in supervisory boards, advisory boards or investment committees of funds or be active in special projects such as fund restructurings or secondary buy-outs.
Portfolio companies of Investment Funds
We give advice to investment funds with respect to their portfolio companies or manage these investments for them. We can provide services in any phase of the investment cycle, including deal sourcing, valuation, structuring, execution, monitoring and divestment. We also take board seats.
Companies with strategic or investment issues
We provide advisory services to companies on any strategic or investment related issue, including fund raising, a sale of the company or dealing with investors. In some cases we take equity stakes in companies ourselves.
